Why am I not receiving a password reset email for the Further dashboard?

Context

Some users may find that when they attempt to reset their password for the Further dashboard at dashboard.talkfurther.com, they do not receive a password reset email. This can happen even if the account is active and the user is receiving other emails from Further (such as lead notification emails).

Answer

If you are not receiving a password reset email, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Further dashboard login page at dashboard.talkfurther.com/login.

  2. Click Forgot Password (or "Reset Password") and enter your account email address.

  3. Check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, for the password reset email.

  4. If you do not receive the email, wait a short period before looking again. Delivery delays can sometimes occur.

Note that receiving lead notification emails from Further does not guarantee that password reset emails will arrive at the same time — these are sent from different systems and may be affected by different email filters.
