To help you keep your information consistent across platforms, Further provides a direct integration with Yardi Senior. With the Yardi Senior integration, you can push leads directly from Further to the platform as well as SMS messages and other communication records.
The Yardi Senior integration is even bi-directional when you upgrade your account. For more information contact support@talkfurther.com or talk to your Customer Success Manager!

Set-Up Instructions
Please have a Yardi admin on your team follow the steps below. If you need assistance with these steps, please reach out to Yardi Support.
- Create a new source in Yardi called "Further"
- Send a list of all the Yardi Property Codes
- Provide the following Log In Credentials:
- Username
- Password
- Yardi GuestCardSenior API URL
- Database Name
- Database Server
- Platform
- Activity Name (indicates the activity Further leads will be sent to Yardi as)
Lead Ingestion
When a prospect engages with the Further tools on your website and provides their information, the following will be pushed into Yardi:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone
- CRM Property Code (to identify the community)
- Conversation Transcript (in the notes)
- Relationship
- Tour Date (if one exists)
Phone System Integration
Phone Assistant leads will push into Yardi similar to how your other Further leads do. Please note, you have the option to send Phone Assistant leads via a different Yardi activity. If you would like to have this configured, please send the following to your Customer Success Manager to have this activated:
- Phone Activity Name
SMS and Email Integration
- Further can perform automated outreach on behalf of your community, which is particularly valuable when a lead interacts with the Virtual Sales Assistant, Conversational Webform, or Phone Systems on your website but did not book a tour. When a lead fits your criteria for one of your Further automated SMS or email campaigns and responds to a message, a copy of that conversation will be posted as an activity in Yardi.
- If a lead we are engaging in with SMS is closed in your system, we have the option of canceling all scheduled messages and nothing will be sent from that point on. Please request this from your Customer Success Manager as it is not a default setup.
Move-In Reporting
This is currently available.
Setting Up Bi-Directional with Yardi
Yardi will need to add on the Further package otherwise we will not have the bi-directional pull for move-ins nor will we have the ability to add Messaging Assistant SMS to the lead in Yardi. This has to be initiated by you and not on our end.
- Please open a ticket with Yardi to add the Further package to your Yardi instance
- Please create a sales counselor "Further" that has access to all communities
- Please share an Activity Category and Activity Type that would be appropriate for SMS

- List of appropriate community codes
