Nurturing high-value leads is essential to a good sales strategy. To help with this, Further offers SMS notification that can be sent to community representatives when a new lead is created, a tour is requested, a lead wants the community to call them back, and/or when there is a response to a Messaging Assistant message.
Note: Before Further can set this up for you, you will need to have your community registered with Twilio. Your Customer Success Manager will assist with this step. Please let them know you are interested in SMS alerts for the community representatives.

SMS Notifications for New Leads
Note: If you have both the New Lead and Requested Tour SMS alerts on, the community will receive two SMS alerts when a tour is requested. One notifying them a new lead has come through and the other that a tour was requested.
SMS new lead alerts will let your community team know a new lead has been received.
Note: SMS messages are only sent between 8 am - 8 pm local community time. If a new lead is submitted outside of these times, the alert will only be sent via email to community representatives.
SMS Notifications for New Tour Requests
Note: If you have both the New Lead and Requested Tour SMS alerts on, the community will receive two SMS alerts when a tour is requested. One notifying them a new lead has come through and the other that a tour was requested.
SMS tour request alerts will let you know when a prospect has requested a community tour. The alert will contain the lead’s name and contact information, the requested tour time and a link to the message in the Further Dashboard.
Note: There is no time restriction on tour request/rescheduled notifications, whenever a prospect requests/reschedules a tour the notification will be sent to community representatives at that moment.
SMS Notifications for Messaging Assistant Responses
SMS Messaging Assistant response alerts let you know when a prospect responds to a Messaging Assistant prompt. The alert will contain the prospect's contact information, the community they are interested in, and a link to the Further Dashboard, where you can see the full conversation.
Note: SMS alerts for Messaging Assistant responses have no time restrictions Whenever a prospect responds, a notification will be sent to community representatives.
SMS Notifications for Prospects that Request a Call From the Community
Callback alerts let you know when a prospect requests via Messaging Assistant, for a community to call them back.
The alert will contain the lead's contact information, the community they are interested in, their contact information, and when to call them back. There will also be a link to the Further Dashboard to see the full conversation.

SMS Notifications for When a Prospect Completes A Survey
Survey alerts allow you to catch when a survey has been completed, allowing you to quickly take any action needed.
The alert will contain the lead's contact information, the community they are interested in, their contact information, and when to call them back. There will also be a link to the Further Dashboard to see the full conversation.
