Sending Unqualified Leads to Third-Party Financial Providers

You can set up your Further to send financially unqualified leads to a third-party provider rather than to your CRM. To get started, contact Further support or your Customer Success Manager to set up the integration with the third party. Once the integration is set up, you can choose if the integration is active or not. 

In this article, we’ll go over how to activate or deactivate sending financially unqualified leads to third–party providers. 

 

Set Up Forwarding

Select Settings in the left menu. 

Scroll to the Qualifying Leads section and select Sending Unqualified Leads To Third Party Financial Providers

The Qualifying Leads page will open. Here you can select what communities you want to set this forwarding up for. Use the Status dropdown to filter communities or the search bar to locate one quickly. 

The forwarding status is to the far right. Off means that forwarding is not active. On indicates that financially unqualified leads are being forwarded to your selected third party financial provider. 

Click on a community to change the settings. 

You can update more than one community at once by clicking the checklist button in the top left. 

Checkboxes will appear for each of the communities. Mark all of the desired boxes and then select Edit Multiple in the top window. To select all of the communities on a page, mark the top checkbox. If you want to select more than the 30 that will display on the page, click Select all communities in the top window.

In the resulting pop-up select the forwarding status for all selected communities
