Your User Profile is where you can upload a profile picture, set your first and last name, update your email, and manage your password. Anything that you need to update in your personal account can be done here!
In this article, we’ll go over how to update your profile information and profile information for a client you are supporting.
Note: All user levels have access to their Dashboard Profile.
Update Your Profile
There are two ways to access your profile.
- Click the profile icon in the top right of the Further Dashboard. Select Profile in the dropdown.
Or
2) On the left navigation bar, select Settings and then under Account select Profile.
Both options will take you to the My Profile screen. Once the next screen opens, you can edit your profile.
To update your name, email, or phone number, click the Edit button.
In the new window, update the desired fields and click Save.
To update your profile picture, click the plus sign to the left and choose Upload Picture. Select an image from your device to upload.
To edit a picture, hover over the image and click the pencil icon.
To update your password, click Change.
Enter your current password in the Old Password field. Type the new password in the New Password and Repeat New Password field. When you’re done, click Change.

When you change the password you will be prompted to log out and log back in with the new password.
