If you are a Regional user, you can be granted permission to access the Corporate dashboard. This means that you will be signed in as if you are a Corporate user and can interact with that dashboard as if it were your own.
In this article, we’ll go over how to administrate a Corporate dashboard as well as how to return to the regular Regional dashboard.
Note: Only Regional users who have been given access permissions can access Corporate dashboards. Contact your Customer Success Manager if you would like to have this access granted to one of your Regional team members.
Administrate a Corporate Dashboard
Select Management in the left menu.
Locate the desired user and click Administrate under the Actions column.
A confirmation window will open. Click Confirm.
You will now have full access to the user’s Further Dashboard.
Return to Your Regional Dashboard
To return to your Regional dashboard, look for the Now managing box in the top left menu. Click the X next to the Corporate user you were managing.
You will now be back to your Regional dashboard. If you want to access the Corporate dashboard again, you will need to go through the process above to sign in as them again.
