Pricing Assistant Platform: How to Force a Password Reset

Resetting your Further generated password will ensure no one has access to your dashboard that shouldn't and strengthens the overall security and safety of your data. 

When you first log into Pricing Assistant, you will be prompted to set a new password in the Please Change Your Password window

In this article, we’ll walk you through setting up your password after a forced reset.

Reset Your Password

Click Accept in the Please Change Your Password window. 

Enter the email associated with your account in the Email field and click Send Code

Check your inbox for an email from Further. Copy the 6-digit code from the email. 

Paste the code into the Code field and enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields. Remember that your password must contain the following: 

  • At least 8 characters
  • An upper and lower case letter (A-Z,a-z)
  • One number (0-9)
  • One special character (@, #, $, etc.)

If you want to see the characters typed, click the eye icon to the far right in the fields. 

Click Update Password.

You will now be able to log in with your new password.
