Pricing Assistant provides a competitive pricing analysis report for each community in your organization. Pricing analysis helps you determine if your communities are competitive in the market.
In this article, we’ll go over how to locate that summary as well as how to download it or email it.
Note:
Locate Your Community
First, log into Pricing Assistant.
Use the search bar at the top to find the desired community.
Click the community in the dropdown and click Apply.
If you would like to select multiple communities, click the desired communities or use the Select All button at the top. Click Apply when you’re done.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the My Communities tab. Here you will see all the communities you selected.
Click on a community to get started.
Locate and Download Report
Click the CMA Summary tab for the selected community.
The summary will be displayed below. To export the report as a PDF, click the PDF icon to the far left. The report will download to your device.
To export the report as a CSV file, click the Excel icon to the far left. The report will download to your device.
Share CMA Summary
To send the report via email, click the envelope icon to the far left.
A window will open where you can enter the email details. The Recipient Email is who will receive the report. To send to multiple people, separate email addresses with a semi-colon.
Enter a Subject for the email and enter the body of the email in the Message section. The summary will already be attached to the email. To preview it, click Preview/Download and the file will download to your device.
Click Send when done.
