You can reset your password for Further Pricing Assistant at any time. If you have forgotten your password and need a new one to log in is a different process than changing your password for the next login. We’ll go over both scenarios below.
Note: All users can update or reset their own password.
Update a Password
If you would like to use a different password for your account the next time you login, click your username in the top right. Select Change Password.
In the new window, enter your desired password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields. Click Save to update the password.
You may be prompted to log back in with your new password when you’re done.
Reset a Forgotten Password
Navigate to your Virtual Pricing Assistant (VSA) login page.
Underneath the Sign In button, click Forgot your password.
The Reset Password page will open. Enter the appropriate email in the Email field. Click Send Code.
Note: This may be the email of an individual sales rep or a community depending on how you set your VSA up.
If you enter the wrong email, you will see an error message below. Check the email associated with VSA and try again.
Once successfully submitted, the entered email address will receive a one-time code. Copy the code. The code will only work for 30 minutes after it is sent, if you wait too long to use it you will need to send a new one.
Paste the code into the Code field.
Now enter the password you would like into the New Password and Confirm Password fields.
Click Update Password when you’re done.
You will now be prompted to sign in with your new password.
