Further offers the ability to customize branding in your tools based on individual communities or a group of communities.
If you are looking to make the same branding customizations for ALL communities in a tool, you can do this under Flow Editor > Settings.
However, sometimes a specific community may match other communities that share their Flow Editor in layout, but not branding.
In this article, we’ll go over how to customize one community’s brandings that shares a Flow Editor with other communities. These customizations are available for Virtual Sales Assistant (VSA) and Conversational Webform (CW).
Note: Settings can only be customized by Corporate users.
Locate Product Type
First, you need to find and open the Flow Editor that contains the community you want to customize. For more information on how to find the correct Flow Editor for your community, see the article here.
Once you have opened the flow, click the Related Communities tab.
The left menu will contain a list of all the communities associated with the flow. Use the search bar to look for the desired community.
Click the community name to open up the customization settings on the right.
Customization Options
Any options you customize for a community under Related Communities will override the general flow settings for that specific community.
The following are some of the things you can customize per community:

Branding
- Brand Color - this allows you to customize the color that shows on your button and for the community name in your tools.
- Button Color - this allows you to customize the background color of your tool icon.
- Font Family - this allows you to customize the font in your tools.
- Chat icon - this allows you to customize the icon that shows in your tools.
- Tour slide button text - this allows you the change the verbiage on the last slide of your image gallery.
- Out Of My Budget alert text - this allows you to customize the verbiage that shows in your emailed lead notifications.
- Backdrop image - this allows you to customize the left bar image in your Conversational Webform (CW).
- Banners
- Delay Loading VSA - this allows you to delay the showing of the VSA, in seconds.

Set Your Customizations Live
To make your flow customizations visible on your website you will need to save and publish them.
Select Save in the top right corner.
In the new window, select Save and Publish and then Confirm.
