If you are using one of Further’s Phone Assistant options, these calls can be recorded and used for prospect information and team training.
In this article, we’ll go through how to download these recordings to your device.
Note: All users can download Phone Assistant recordings.
Locate and Download the Recorded Call
In the Further Dashboard, click All Conversations in the left menu.
Use the search bar or top filters to locate the appropriate conversation. For more information about finding a conversation, see the article here.
Note that a conversation with a recording will have a green phone icon under the lead name.
Click the icon to open the appropriate conversation.
In the left panel, select the Calls tab. All calls associated with that lead will appear, click the call you want to download to open the details.
Click on the green phone icon. This will open the recording in a new tab.
Open the recording tab and right-click on the player. In the menu select Save Audio As…
Set the desired file name and where you want the recording saved on your device. When you’re done, click Save and the file will download.
