Testimonials are a way for website users to see the amazing value of your community! Testimonials are community-specific and can be added and managed in a community profile in your Further dashboard. Testimonials will only be visible in your Conversational Webform (CW).
Note: You have to add testimonials and select for them to appear on VSA before they will show in your community CW.
In this article, we’ll go over how to add and manage testimonials.
Note: The ability to add and manage testimonials for a community is only available for corporate and regional users.
Locate a Community
First, you need to locate the community you want to manage the testimonials for. You can find information on locating community profiles in the article here.
Make sure you select the correct community before moving forward.
Community Testimonials
Navigate to the Testimonials subtab.
To add a testimonial, click Create in the top right corner.
The Set Testimonial window will open. Enter the first and last name of the person giving the testimonial and click the stars to record a 1-5 star rating from the reviewer. If the first and last name are not available due to the reviewer being either anonymous or listed as family friend or family member, you can also use this for the first and last name.
If you want the testimonial to show in your CW, toggle the Show on VSA switch to the right.
In the Testimonial box, enter the review.
When you’re done, click Add to save the testimonial.
You can filter your testimonials by Status (if they’re on VSA or not) or sort them by when they were created.
To edit a testimonial, simply click on it to open the edit window and make your changes.
To delete a testimonial, click the X to the right of the testimonial.
Here’s the final look of your testimonials in the CW:
