Your Virtual Sales Assistant (VSA) can be set up with Instant Answers (IA), which is a Further AI tool that provides the user with answers to specific questions for the community they are inquiring about.

Some of the most frequently asked user questions are about the community location and directions.  As a default, IA is set up to show the community address when these questions are asked.  You can change this behavior to include not only the address but a hyperlink to Google Maps where the user can map directions from their location to the community location. 

In this article, we’ll go over how to turn your address into a Google Maps hyperlink.

Set Up Address Link

Select the Settings option in the left menu and then Instant Answers in the submenu. 

Use the search bar at the top to help find the desired community. Click the appropriate Community Name. 

In the topics section, scroll down to Directions and click on it. 

In the appropriate Text field, replace your typed-out address with: {address}. This will create a hyperlink to Google Maps pulling the address information from the community profile. 

When you’re done, click Save in the top right and your changes will be immediately viewable by users.
