By default, the email added to a community Contact Info will receive all notifications from your Further tools. However, if you have a team that needs to be notified of leads depending on different circumstances, for example, chosen care type by the prospect, Further provides a way to do so.
With Further you can create notification rules that route lead notifications based on responses captured. You can set up custom criteria for the rules and make it easier for everyone to be notified of appropriate leads for them. Once you set up notification rules, the default contact for a community will only receive a notice if none of the rule criteria is met.
The feature currently works for all lead notifications. The daily/weekly reminders to remove a prospect from outreach will go to both emails under Contact Info and those under Contact Rules.
In this article, we’ll go over how to set up and manage custom notification rules.
Note: Only Corporate users can create and modify Contact Rules.
- Find Notification Rules
- Add a New Notification Rule
- Edit a Notification Rule
- Delete a Notification Rule

You can see an overview of the rule information on the page. Click on the rule Name to view more information or edit the rule.

- Who looking for is a question where you ask who the prospect is inquiring for. Module save response as must be who.
- Care type is a question where the prospect answers what level of care they are interested in. Module save response as must be care.

Note: The required save response as should already be in your modules! Be sure to not duplicate them on modules that do not match.

- Value - Enter the answer you want this rule to match
- Emails - Enter the email for notifications. You can add more than one email. To remove an email, simply click the X to the right of the email.
- Communities - Click on the field to get a list of all communities where you can select communities you want or start typing to narrow down the list and select which communities the notification rule should apply to. You can select more than one community. To remove a community, simply click the X to the right of the email.
When you’re done click Create.
You can add multiple notification rules. Here are some examples of the rules:
