Diving into the Overview tab, you're presented with a concise summary that offers a comprehensive look at your key metrics. Important data points, including website visits, leads, tours, and move-ins, are prominently featured. With this information at your fingertips, making informed decisions becomes second nature.

Transitioning to the Insights tab, you'll uncover a wealth of actionable data. The Traffic Sources Breakdown section not only shows you where your visitors originate but pinpoints which sources have the highest conversions.

Right below the Traffic Sources Breakdown section, you'll see three tables: Hourly Breakdown, Devices Breakdown, and Communities Breakdown. The Hourly Breakdown section showcases when prospects engage with your product, pinpoints leads that occur outside standard business hours, and importantly, which prospects become move-ins. The Devices Breakdown section shows which devices people use to interact with your website such as desktop, smartphone, and tablet. The Communities Breakdown section displays how each of your communities performs in converting prospects into leads and move-ins. This gives you a view of what's working and where you should focus more of your efforts.

The Traffic Sources Breakdown, Hourly Breakdown, Devices Breakdown,  and Communities Breakdown offer in-depth insights, empowering you to refine your marketing creatives, sales processes, and overarching strategies.

Following the Insights tab is the Move-In Prediction tab. The Call Analytics tab provides valuable insights into call activities with the Phone Assistant. It helps in measuring call volumes to ensure optimal staffing.
