Add or Update a Lead’s Move-in Date in Further Dashboard

  • Updated

Once you have a move-in date for a lead it’s important to record it in your Further Dashboard under All Conversations for a few reasons. This will allow us to show you more accurate data on how your communities and sales teams are doing. In addition, this will allow us to provide you with a more accurate likelihood to move-in score, help your Customer Success Manager to more accurately dive into the data to be more consultative, and lastly, it will better help you see your cost per move-in.

For more information about the likelihood of a lead moving in, see the article here. Also, there is no need to manually add in move-in dates if your CRM supports bi-directional exchange.  We can handle that for you!

In this article, we'll go over how to add or update move-in dates.

Note: Only Corporate users are able to add and/or edit move-in dates in the dashboard.

Add a Move-In Date

Note: Use caution when adding a move-in date. Once you have added a date you cannot delete it, but you can edit it. Removing a move-in date altogether requires contacting Further Support.

In order to add a move-in date, you must first find the conversation with the lead. For more information on how to locate lead conversations, see the article here

In the top right of the conversation, click the Select Move-In Date dropdown. In the calendar, select the lead’s move-in date.

Your selection will automatically save and display in the dropdown.

Edit a Move-In Date

If you made a mistake with a move-in date, you can easily adjust the specific date. First, open the desired lead’s conversation. For more information on how to locate lead conversations, see the article here

Click the Move-In Date dropdown in the top right and select the correct date on the calendar. Your change will automatically save.

Note: If a move-in should not have been added to a lead, then you will need to contact Further Support at support@talkfurther.com to have the move-in date removed.
