When working with the Stats Overview, you can see graphs and data related to website activity, leads, move-ins, and tours. In addition to using the regular filters to fine-tune your reports (Community, Community Groups, Traffic Sources, and Channels, you can also narrow data based on tour or move-in dates.
For example, you can view an overview of data based on when tour dates or move-ins were created in a given time frame or you can view data based on tours and move-ins that were actualized during the selected time period as well as leads that came in during that time period. We’ll go over both scenarios below.
In this article, we'll go over how to locate and customize your reports.
Note: Corporate and Regional users can view reports.
Locate the Overview Report
Click Stats in the left navigation and click the Overview tab.
At the top of the page, you will see a breakdown of website metrics.
Below you will see graphs displaying information about visitors, leads, and requested tours.
Adjusting Reporting Dates
The Tour Date Reporting and Move-in Reporting toggles impact the number of tours and move-ins shown for the dates you have filtered your report by. For more information on the filter options, see the article here.
Toggle the switch to the right to show tour and move-in numbers by the date that they are supposed to happen. This means that any tours or move-ins created during the selected time period that are actually scheduled to happen in the future, might not be displayed.
If you toggle the switch to the left, then tours and move-ins that were scheduled during the selected time period will display.
