Enable Personalized Pricing Results For Prospects

  • Updated

By default, when customers ask about pricing in Virtual Sales Assistant (VSA), all of the pricing options for the community will be displayed. To customize the user’s experience, you can set up personalized pricing based on the prospects' selection.

Price filtering means that users will only see the pricing related to the information they selected earlier in a conversation.

Below are two images of a user chat. In both chats, the user chose Independent Living as the care type they were interested in.

The image below shows the pricing results when all care type options are shown, as is the default.

The next image shows the pricing results when price filtering is enabled for the chat.

Note: If a user selects “Not Sure” for the care type, then they will still see all of the care type pricing no matter what. If a user selects “Other” for care type then no pricing will display.

In this article, we'll go over how to set up price filtering so that your leads only see options of interest to them.

Note: Only Corporate users can set up personalized pricing based on the prospects' selection.
