Instant Answers is an AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) based tool to provide instant replies to visitor questions. To see an overview of what kind of topics visitors ask about in instant answers, you can utilize Further analytics.
Instant answer analytics provides an overview of the topics visitors ask about, allowing you to customize your marketing material and website pages to popular topics.
In this article, we'll go over how to locate and download Instant Answers data.
Note: Both Regional and Corporate users are able to view instant answers analytics.
View Instant Answers Analytics
To view Instant Answers analytics, click Stats in the left navigation. Select the Instant Answers Analytics tab on the new page.
In the top right you’ll see three important metrics:
- Answered Questions - This is the percentage of questions sent to Instant Answers that were replied to. Unanswered questions are forwarded with a new lead notification to the sales team to follow up on.
- User Engagement - This is the percentage of users that utilized Instant Answers on your website.
- Requested Tours - This is the number of tours requested through Instant Answers.
Underneath the summary metrics you can see the individual topics users asked about. The Label is the topic that the user questions relate to. The Count is how many users asked about the topic.
To view data from a certain period, community, or traffic source, utilize the filters at the top of the page. For more information on the filter options, see the article here.
Download Instant Answers Analytics
You can download instant answers analytics as a CSV file. Scroll to the bottom of the label list and click Download as a CSV.
A CSV file will download to your device.
Note: Any filters you apply to analytics will also apply to your download.
