Filter Analytics Data To Answer Specific Questions About The Sales & Marketing Funnel

  • Updated

All the analytics related to your account and your communities can be found on the Stats page within the Further Dashboard. We offer an easy way to find the data you're looking for using filters. For instance, you can focus on specific communities or a particular period of time.

Using the filters in Stats gives you the right information at the right time. These filters work across all tabs under Stats.

In this article we’ll go over the different types of filters you can use.

Note: Corporate and Regional members can filter analytics.

Filter by Date

You can filter Stats data by a period of time. To use a preset period of time, use the dropdown in the top left. The period of time will go back to the date you applied the filter.

To select a custom time period, click Custom Range in the dropdown and use the start and end date fields. The field on the left is the start and the right is the end date.

Clicking on the fields will open a calendar where you can select dates.

Filter by Community or Community Groups

You can use the search bar to find specific communities or groups. Clicking a group or community will add it to the filter. You can select multiple communities or groups.

Filter by Traffic Sources

To filter stats based on traffic sources for website visitors, use the Filter Traffic Sources dropdown in the top left.

Use the search bar to find specific traffic sources. Clicking a traffic source will add it to the filter. You can select multiple sources.

To select all traffic sources, click Select All at the top. To deselect all sources, click Select None

To undo your selections, click Reset

Once you have the desired sources selected, click Apply to filter the stats.

Filter by Channels

You can filter Stats data by the channel a lead came in through. Click the Filter Channels dropdown to select one or more channels.

Use the options at the top to Select All or Select None. To remove any choices, click Reset.

Selected channels will have a checkmark to the left. When you're done choosing channels, click Apply.

Remove Filters
