Showcase Community Services Next To Pricing To Drive More Tours From Your Further Tools

Often, first-time prospects can experience sticker shock when researching options for senior living. Showcasing what is included in the cost is a great way to communicate the value your community provides to potential residents. This feature can also be used to highlight facts about your community such as recently won awards, unique selling points, and more

The way to add this feature is to activate Amenities. By adding in 3-8 key points about the value provided by your community, you will increase the number of people who decide to move forward with scheduling a tour or a call. You can set up the heading for your services and include up to 8 bullet points. Amenities can be applied to all communities in your portfolio or you can set them up for individual communities.

In this article, we'll go over how to add the amenities displayed for communities. 

Note: Only Corporate users can manage Amenities.

 

Add Amenities

Select Settings in the left navigation bar, then Amenities from the General submenu

The Amenities page will open. Here, you can select the communities you want to apply the amenities to. Search for or select the desired communities. Use the search bar in the top right to narrow the results or the Any filter dropdown. 

 

To select an individual community, click the community name. 

To select multiple communities, click the list icon at the top. Use the checkboxes to select the desired communities. 

At the top of the page, click Edit Multiple

Note: If you are editing more than 30 communities, please make sure to select all X communities before clicking Edit Multiple.

In the pop-up window, you can add the amenities by typing in the box and clicking Tab, Return, or Enter on your keyboard. 

To remove an amenity, click the X to the right in the blue box.

The amenities will be displayed from left to right. You can change the order by dragging and dropping an amenity in the list. 

Only the first couple will display immediately. The remaining amenities will be visible if the prospect clicks the More button, and then the remainder of the list will be displayed.  So make sure the ones you want most prominent are on the top of the list.

Once inside the correlating chat, go to Settings and look for Pricing services text.

 

The heading lets prospects know what your list of amenities is for. For example, you might put something like Services included with monthly rent so that users understand the list of amenities is already included in their pricing.  Or, if you want to highlight features and amenities, you could say something like Highlights from our community.  Note: there will always be a : added after the heading.  This is hard-coded and does not show in the heading field. 

When you’re ready to publish your amenities to your VSA, click Save in the top right. 

Select Save and Publish in the popup window and click Confirm
