Design Options For the Virtual Sales Assistant

Further offers several different options for customizing the design and layout of the Virtual Sales Assistant (VSA). In your dashboard, not only can you add branding such as the colors and fonts to your VSA but you can adjust the general layout of the VSA and its buttons. The initial design of the VSA is called the Teaser, and you can update the Teaser within the settings in the Further Dashboard.

Further offers five Teaser options to choose from. Changing the Teaser Settings will affect the look of your VSA on desktop and mobile. 

Below are just two examples of how your VSA can look with different settings.

Change Teaser Settings

To change your teaser settings, click Web Assistant in the left navigation. 

Locate the VSA for the community you want to update. If you need help finding your community, see the article here

Click on the desired flow. The Chat Editor page will open.

Click on the Settings tab for the chat. 

Scroll to the Branding section and look for the Teaser Version

Use the Teaser Version dropdown to select the style template for your VSA. To the left, you will see a preview of what the teaser will look like. Select the desired version. 

When you’re done, click Save in the top right. 

To make your changes live, select Save and Publish in the new popup. Your VSA will now match your selected teaser!

 

Note: once the initial Teaser is clicked on, the standard design will show.  In addition, if you select Teaser 5, the first image from community images will show. For more information on managing images, please see the article here
