Benchmark data lets you compare your communities' performance against the rest of the industry using Futher's tools. You can check your entire portfolio or focus on specific communities to see how your data compares. The data covers website visitors, traffic sources, and more, helping you identify what strategies work and if you need to create new plans.
These statistics do not take into consideration things such as the zip code of communities or care types offered.
In this article, we'll go over how to view your benchmark data and make sense of it.
Note: Both Corporate and Regional users have access to benchmark comparisons.

Click Stats in the left menu and select the Benchmarks Beta tab.
The information compared in the Benchmarks Beta tab depends on the filters you choose. For more information on how to filter your reports, see the article here.
Understanding Benchmark Data
Note: Keep in mind the data shown is average values based on the filters you selected.
There are several sections of benchmark data, we’ll briefly go over what kind of information you’ll find in each:
- Overview - This shows you a quick summary of the most important data for your sites including the number of website visitors, Virtual Sales Assistant (VSA) users, move-ins, and more.
- Organic Traffic - The data here shows the results of visitor interaction with your site based on how they found your site on the web.
- Advertising - This shows the results from different ad campaigns based on their source.
- Top Performing Keywords - The data here is based on the community keywords that have resulted in the most move-ins. If your most successful keywords are hyper-focused, there may not be comparison data for other Further users.
- Keywords Without Move-Ins - This compares keywords used for your sites that did not result in any move-ins as compared to other Further users.
For all data, there are two numbers shown. The numbers to the left are your community or portfolio data. The numbers on the right represent the totals from all other Further users.
If your community numbers are green then you have outperformed other Further users in the metric. If your numbers are red then your performance is lower than other Further users in the metric.
Note: Remember, these statistics do not take into consideration things such as the zip code of communities or care types offered. This means that there is no direct apples-to-apples comparison on your data.
