To keep on top of conversations, we offer a reminder feature to bring a conversation back to your attention. This is a great way never to forget to follow up with a specific prospect or all prospects! Reminders are viewable by all users who have access to your community's leads.
When a conversation reminder triggers, the conversation will appear again as a New Message at the top of your inbox.
You will also receive an email notification reminding you to follow up on the conversation. The email will show prior messages that have been sent and it will contain a link to Send Message that will bring you directly to the Further Dashboard where you can continue the conversation with the prospect.
In this article, we’ll go over how to set up and manage conversation reminders.
Note: Reminders can be set by all user-levels
Set Up a Reminder
First, find and open the lead conversation you need a reminder for.
In the top right of the conversation, click Actions, then from the drop-down Set up a Reminder.
The Set a Reminder window will open. Pick how many days or months out you want to receive a reminder for the conversation.
When you’re done, click Save.
The reminder date will show in the Actions dow. The time of day the reminder triggers cannot be edited and is selected automatically.
Edit a Reminder
If you need to change a conversation reminder, first find the conversation.
In the Actions drop-down, click Reminder Set in the top right corner.
The Set a Reminder window will open, displaying the current reminder date. You can change the date by selecting a time period below. The days out are based on the date you make the changes.
When you’re done, click Save.
Delete a Reminder
To remove a reminder from a conversation, first, find the conversation.
In the Actions drop-down, click Reminder Set in the top right corner.
The Set a Reminder window will open. Click Delete Reminder in the bottom left of the window.
