Depending on your Virtual Sales Assistant (VSA) or Conversational Webform (CW) setup, you might have job seekers appear as leads in your Further Dashboard. It's possible that you don't have the Job Applicant Workflow setup for you community or that the applicant simply selected the wrong place to put their information.
In this article, we’ll go over both reasons "Job Seekers" may appear as leads and solutions.
Job Applicant Workflow is Not Set Up
Further provides a separate workflow to separate job applicants from sales leads. By placing an additional button in your VSA or CW we can remove job applicants from your sales workflow. Applicants can be redirected to an outside job application program or have custom information collected directly in Further. You can find out more about job applicant workflows here.
If you do not have a separate workflow for job applicants, then people enquiring about job opportunities will generally go through the regular sales workflow and appear as “leads”.
Please speak with your Customer Success Manager to implement job applicant workflows.
Applicant Error
Sometimes, even if you have a job workflow set up for your VSA or CW, applicants will simply click the wrong flow.
For example, a job applicant might first click through the Pricing flow before going back and clicking the Job Inquiry flow. In this case, the applicant will show up as a lead for having started the workflow for pricing.
