Add Additional Data To Further's All Conversation Lead Export CSV File

  • Updated

Further supports adding additional questions to your conversational flows that you can then export from our All Conversations screen. If you want to ask a question of all of your prospects, such as how did you learn about our community, you can do so. This allows you to generate insights into custom topics by asking all prospects the same question in the same format.

In order to set up this functionality for export, you will need to add the question to an existing flow in your Web Assistant. When you add the question, there is an option to save lead responses under a tag. For example, you could ask a lead “What was your favorite thing about our website?” and then save any responses given by a lead under a tag called website_favorite. This makes all the replies given by leads to that question available for reports and statistics later based on the tag.

When exporting data from Further you can then choose which custom tags you want to include for analysis.

Note: Only Corporate users can update and create tags in Web Assistant. All users can select existing tags when exporting data.

Add a Tag to a Web Assistant Module

Select Web Assistant in the left navigation.

Click on the applicable chat, the Chat Editor window will open.

Select the Dialog Flows tab at the top.

Look for the module that has the questions you want to tag the responses of. Click the Edit button at the top of the module, it is a paper icon.

Scroll to the bottom of the module. Look for the Save Module As checkbox. To tag a response, click the checkbox and then enter the tag name for the response. You can use this tag name later to add lead responses to custom exports

Click the checkmark icon at the top of the module when you’re done.

Hit Save in the top right of the screen. Select Save and Publish to make your changes live.
