If you have an extended job applicant workflow set up for your Further Tools, then you can view all applicant responses in the Further Dashboard. You can also export a report of applicant answers with some custom fields.
In this article, we'll go over how you can view and export job applicant information.
Note: All users can view and export job applicant information.
View Job Applicants
To view your job applicants, click Job Applicants in the left navigation.
Use the filters at the top to see job applicants from a particular period. You can select a set period of time to view candidates from with the dropdown or click the dates and select a custom range with the calendar. To filter based on one or more communities, click the Communities dropdown and select the appropriate locations.
You can also use the search bar to find applicants based on the applicant's name, email, or the community they applied through.
On the main job applicants page you’ll see a list of all the applicants that met your filter and search criteria. You can see their basic contact information and traffic source in the list.
To view more details about the job applicant, click on their name. A page will open showing all of the applicant details.
On the left, you will see the applicant's name, email, phone number, and the community website they visited.
On the right, you will see their messages as well as Further Tools responses in the job applicant workflow.
Export Job Applicant Reports
Choosing Information
You can customize your Job Applicant Flow to pull key data sets in your export reports. The following fields are reportable:
- first_name
- phone number
- department
- position
- shifts
- applicant_city
To set up these fields for export reports, locate the desired chat flow. See the article here for more information.
Note: Changes that you make will apply to all new applicant responses. Old applicant responses will not have data for the new fields as they were not created when they initially responded.
Click to open the desired module. For example, to pull position information, look for the appropriate question. Scroll to the bottom of the module and check the Save response as box. Enter position into the field below.
You can repeat these steps using the following Save Response as text:
-
first_name
-
email
-
phone
-
department
-
position
-
shifts
-
applicant_city
Click the green checkmark to save your updates and Save your changes.
When you're done, you will be able to pull any future applicant replies to these questions in your reports.
Exporting Data
You can export a CSV file of your applicants by clicking the down arrow in the top right of the Job Applicants page. The file will only contain the applicants and the information that is displayed on your page, if you applied filters then those filters will apply to your download.
The file will immediately download to your device. Your report will look something like below:
