You can set up two different flows for job applicants a simplified version and an extended version. Both of those will keep the job seekers from your sales funnel, but the extended one offers more value in terms of giving notifications, prescreening, and general job applicant overview.

Simplified Job Applicant Workflow
If you already have a dedicated web page or site to handle job applicants, we can easily integrate it with your Further tools.
First, contact your Customer Success Manager or Further Support and provide the URL of your existing solution for recruitment and job applicants.
Our team will add a Careers button to your Further tools.
When job seekers click on the button, they will be directed to the URL you provided.
Extended Job Applicant Workflow
The extended job applicant workflow allows you to gather preliminary information from job applicants and track their details within Further.
Within your Further tools, you can ask job applicants minimum qualification questions to get a better understanding of their needs and preferences. Some examples of questions you can ask include:
- What type of work are they looking for? (part-time, full-time, specific shift)
- What is their availability? (weekends, weekdays, nights)
- What do they value in an employer? (benefits, work-life balance)
- What department are they interested in?
You can also provide general information that job seekers typically want to know. This may include links to your company's mission statement, information about available positions and their responsibilities, or general benefits information.
Additionally, gather the applicant's name, email address, and phone number to facilitate future conversations.
You can utilize the Further dashboard to track and manage applicants.

In the Further dashboard, you will have access to a comprehensive view of all job applicants. You can review their answers to the qualification questions, view Further Tool responses to their inquiries, and access their contact information. This centralized tracking system simplifies applicant management.
