Manage Name, Email, and Phone Numbers for Your Lead Distribution List

It is important to keep your contact information up to date in the Further Dashboard. This ensures the correct people receive lead notifications and that placeholders in Campaign Messages are accurate.

In this article, we'll go over how to update information for your organization's contacts.

Note: All levels of users can update contact information. 

 

Update Contact Information

Click Settings in the left menu and then select SMS & Email Contacts from the Contacts submenu. 

Note: Your available options will vary based on your user level. 

 

To add information, click in the desired field and type. Hit Enter to finish adding the information to the field. 

To remove information, click the X to the right of the data. 

When you’re done, click Save in the top right. 

Note: To update your company's distribution lists, you will need to contact your internal IT department to have the distribution list updated.  For example info@talkfurther.com, sales@talkfurther.com. These are not distribution lists that Further operates. 

 

Information Fields

Main Contact First Name

If you want to update the first name associated with your sales, enter the new name in this field.

Note: Only the first name should be entered, as it will be used as a placeholder in Campaign messages.

Main Contact Info

This is where you should enter the email address for the main contact, notifications about leads will be sent to this email. 

Secondary Contacts

Enter the emails of any other personnel who should receive email notifications about leads. 

Phone Numbers

By default, phone numbers added here, once registered with Twilio, are used to notify you of responses to your Campaign Messages. If you would like to also receive SMS alerts about new leads and/or tours, contact your Further Customer Success Manager or email our Support Team at support@talkfurther.com.  Please see the article here to learn more about SMS notifications available to community representatives.
